Thanks for the detailled descriprion of the probem. I could not yet reproduce this error on our test envrionments. Could you provide us with more information on your system? What OS do use? What is the version of IDL on your system? Do use ILD DE or IDL VM?
OK, I compiled a new version which should solve the issue. Please download the file [url]http://www.maldi-msi.org/download/BioMapSav373.zip[/url] and unpack ‘biomap.sav’ to the ‘bin’ directory of BioMap (rename the existing one as backup).
