Has anyone encountered this processing error when imaging on the 4700?
"Cannot process spectrum from server "Local".
Only spectrums from your Local server can be processed."
I tried to turn off all the processing methods like labelling peaks and subtracting the baseline, but that was unsuccessful.
If anyone has seen this error and/or know how to fix it, your insight would be greatly appreciated.
This error was not reported before. Please check that you have no active processing method. Also, the imaging software needs to run on the actual instrument computer.
Hi – Yes I have seen this error. I am also imaging on a 4700. The only way I found to avoid it, is to not have a processing method open when you start the acquistion. I dont’ believe that there’s sufficient processing ability or time for the 4000 explorer software to keep up during an imaging experiment.
