I am getting the following error:
Error in function BIOMAP_EVENT:Array has too many elements.
These are the details:
min m/z: 0.250000
max m/z: 1249.75
Bin: 1
Data Points: 1000
Import Data Size: 9940.00 MB
File Dimensions: 1000 X 497 X 10000
Can anyone help me sort out what must be happening? Thanks.
My guess is that file is far to big. The images I load into BioMap memory are limited to about 30 MB. If your file is bigger than that you cannot load it without increasing the Bin size. I think that lowers your pixel count or your resolution for m/z. Hope that helps.
