I’m wondering if there is a way to normalize my entire MSI data set to TIC but exclude one or more m/z values from the TIC calculation?
I’ve figured out how to normalize to TIC but b/c my data has ares of very high local signal at specific m/z(s) i’d like to remove those m/z(s) from the TIC calculation.
thanks
No, BioMap does not offer this functionality. Burt since the Analyze data format is very simple, it would be possible to remove these peaks with a small script in the language of your choice.
