Error in function PBMT_PLOT_UI_EVENT EXECUTE not – MS Imaging

This error occurs if you run BioMap version 3.6.2 or older on the IDL Virtual Machine. With BioMap version 3.6.3 this limitation was overcome and spectra may be exported with any IDL version.

Markus,

Thanks. We updated to BioMap 3.6.3 and are now able to export spectra as txt files. We’d like to export frequency histograms but get the message “The following error was encountered: EXECUTE function not available. Please consult the supplier of the application.” How do we fix this? BL

Thanks for reporting that bug. We’ll take care of it and it will be fixed in the upcoming release.
