Hi All
Has anyone tried alternative ways of matrix coating? I?m currently experimenting with a variation of the sandwich technique with fixation in alcohol, matrix, and TFA. So far this is working very well and I?m getting a nice big peak for a protein that has the right mass to be actin. Does anyone have any advice as to some good quality controls? I’d like to make some comparisons, but I don’t trust our nebulizer.
