Error 102

Hello,

I have obtained two imaging using a Thermo equipment. This open ok on ImageQuest and after I have converted, the imzML will also open without a problem using Datacube Explorer.

When I try to open using BioMap 3.8.0.4 running on IDL 8.1, it loads until 100% and the I get the following message:

READU: end of file encountered. Unit:102, File E:\Orbitrap Imaging\prepupae.ibd

Any comments would be appreciated,

Please excuse for this shortcoming of the software. We are aware of two issues with the imzML import functionality and will improve this part of the code with the next release.

Ok,

Thanks for the position. In that sense, does it mean that I am doing nothing wrong and it is just something to be better implemented on the next release? Only to be sure here…
