Please let me summarize what I read from your posts: You can open imzML files with BioMap on one computer, but when you transfer them to another one they fail to open? Deducting from this I assume that the file format is correct. You might try to copy the files to a simple path, e.g. C:Temp to check if it is an issue with a special character in the path name.
