This seems to be an issue with the file you try to open. If you created this yourself, check the headers for correct dimensions.

Hi!
Thanks for your reply!
I tried to import the file on a desktop PC, it’s OK.
Later I installed BioMap on my laptop, it didn’t work and error.
I reinstalled BioMap several times, just the same.

The files you attached are not the full data set. You need to copy also the binary files to the same directory in order to open them.

MALDI Solution software export two kind files: imzML and ibd.
I put them together in the same directory, not work.
The ibd file is too big. Sorry I can’t upload it.

Please let me summarize what I read from your posts: You can open imzML files with BioMap on one computer, but when you transfer them to another one they fail to open? Deducting from this I assume that the file format is correct. It is important to keep the xml and binary files together – see also the information in this link.

You might try to copy the files to a simple path, e.g. C:Temp to check if it is an issue with a special character in the path name.
