Exporting a MS-Ion Movie in Color

1) When attempting to export a movie from the file menu (image stack and AVI) no file is saved even though the image of the ROI visibly changes with each M/Z bin and all bins are scanned. Any thoughts?

2.)Display -> Dynamic -> Evolution produces a movie of all scanned images in black and white. While I can write the movie to disk using the pop-up GUI, the color tab in the GUI is not active. Is there something I am missing.

Did you try to generate a movie from a window without a ROI overlay? Also, you may want to try different codecs to find out which one works best on you computer. I typically use mpeg…
