influence of gelatin or CMC embedding – MS Imaging

Hi, everyone,

Anyone has any idea about the influence of gelatin or CMC embedding to peptides signals and on-tissue digestion? Should I use the same washing protocol with snap frozen tissue or a different tissue treatment method?
