This error was not reported before. Please check that you have no active processing method. Also, the imaging software needs to run on the actual instrument computer.
Hi – Yes I have seen this error. I am also imaging on a 4700. The only way I found to avoid it, is to not have a processing method open when you start the acquistion. I dont’ believe that there’s sufficient processing ability or time for the 4000 explorer software to keep up during an imaging experiment.
