Hi All,
When I compare different ROIs, in the analysis, there is a population number for each ROI. I assume this is the number of pixels! Is that right? I am trying to find the area of ROI by using pixel numbers. The other question is what is the area of each pizel? Does this depend on the way that mass spec was performed? like the speed or it is a fixed number in Biomap?
Thanks!
The area is calculated with the number of pixels and their size. Depending on the mass spec data, the pixel (or better voxel) size is directly imported from the data file. If this is not the case, change it in “Edit Header” – “Coregistration”.
