I have several questions regarding BIOMAP and would appreciate any advice or information you have to offer.
1. I have several images that appear to skewed – the top right corner seems to wrap around to the top left corner. Is there a way to adjust the image to correct the orientation without loosing the quality of the image?
2. I recently had to reinstall our imaging software, is there a way to import old image files and create the t2m, header, and data files?
3. Is there a way to integrate rather than average a ROI?
Thank you very much for your time and help.
Cynthia
1. No, this must be an artifact from data acquisition and BioMap does not support correction.
2. All the data in the BioMap study database is stored under the selected directory in a file structure. Just copy the files to a new location and set the study database folder in the defaults to this location. Obviously, you can also manage the database by moving files around.
3. The ROI statistics also includes a pixel count. If you multiply this with the average value, you’ll get the integral.
