I see. Is the number of points the data points at my mass range? If this is true, then biomap is not easy to open high spectra resolution MSI data?
Sorry for the confusion. There is no error message. I was able to import the data when I change the bin size to reduce the data to 100MB.

That’s why I am trying to figure out any settings that I can set to increase the size. e.g. the setting of IDL.
By the way, I am using windows 8.1 64bit system. IDL is installed in both 64bit and 32bit.
